At HerbalsFirst customer satisfaction is the top priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product or the choice of product you can return it within 30 days. Incase of broken seals it will only be accepted if the customer feals that the product is of poor quality.

How to Return

Please e.mail us at refunds@herbalsfirst.com. Please let us know the reason for returning the product and if an exchange is desired.

We will then e.mail you a return tracking number. When returning the product please enclose the return tracking number and a copy of the invoice.

Credit Card payments will be returned to your credit Card account.
Payments made by wire transfer or money order, refunds in the form of Money Order will be mailed to you.
