RETAIL PROFITS
As an EDS Associate, you need to retail HerbalsFirst
products. You get a straight margin of 30%
on every sale you have made. If you sell products
worth of $.1111 (Dollars one thousand one
hundred and eleven only) in one month, you
generate an income of $ 333 (Dollars three
hundred and thirty three only) through retail
margin. Considering the wide range or products
for the entire family, superior quality, affordable
pricing and customer driven strategies of
the Company, a Business Associate can easily
earn a minimum of $ 333 (Dollars three hundred
and thirty three only) per month. All that
is required from the Business Associate is
acquiring excellent product knowledge and
selling skills.

REFERRAL BONUS
A Business Associate can also earn income
through referring one's friends, relatives
and other contacts. You just need to introduce
them to this great entrepreneurial opportunity.
You need not monitor, supervise or worry about
their performance, nor is there any chain
or network involved for determining your incentives.
The moment, he/she joins HerbalsFirst's EDS,
he/she starts functioning as an independent
EDS Associate, just like you. You get $ 6
(Dollar six only) per referral you generate.
You can generate an income of $ 111 (Dollars
one hundred and eleven only) per month by
introducing just 20 individuals. One can introduce
any number of individuals. More referrals
a Business Associate makes, more Referral
Bonus one gets.
PERFORMANCE
BONUS
This is paid to the Business Associate based
on the turnover of products retailed and number
of referrals generated in one month. In other
words more retailing of products and more
referrals will get a Business Associate more
performance bonus. The table gives the details
of Performance Bonus Turnover of products
as calculated on invoice price (wholesale
price).

Performance Bonus on Referrals is paid on
retrospective basis and this is apart from
the Referral bonus of $ 5 (Dollars five only).
LOYALTY BONUS
In addition to the performance bonus, Loyalty
Bonus will be given on a quarterly basis.
In order to earn Loyalty Bonus, the Business
Associate needs to retail minimum of $ 2222
(Dollars two thousand two hundred and twenty
two only) per month of a Quarter and Cumulative
of $ 11111 (Dollars eleven thousand one hundred
and eleven only ) in the quarter. The eligible
Business Associate would get a Loyalty bonus
of 8% on the products retailed in that particular
quarter.
Every quarter, avail 8% additional incentive.*
ROYALTY INCOME
Eligibility to earn Royalty Income is with
a minimum turnover of $ 55555 (Dollars fifty
five thousand five hundred and fifty five
only) on Product Retailing in one fiscal year.
The Business Associate would get 15% Royalty
income on the turnover of the products retailed.
The pay out month for Royalty income is April.
This Royalty Income would be paid either in
installments (duration for which depends upon
Business Associate's choice) or as lumpsum
amount for every qualifying year after retirement
or whenever he chooses to avail it.
Every qualifing year avail 15% additional
incentive on the turnover of the products
sold.*
Awards, Recognition
& World Tours
I. Awards & Recognition
All Business Associates, who qualify for
Performance Bonus (on Products Retailing &
Referrals) and Loyalty Bonus would be recognized
in Quarterly Seminars and awarded with certificates,
plaques and trophies
II. World Tours
The Company would organize annual world
tours for all outstanding performers of EDS
Business Plan. The details would be communicated
to all Associates from time to time.
